Embracing innovative services in Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA— BSA Claims Service, the largest Florida-based property claims administration and adjusting service firm, is expanding its Jacksonville presence, as its innovative Fast Track Center and growing Litigation Services programs have recently expanded by 35 employees.

The firm employs more than 50 daily claims field adjusters, 50+ desk litigation specialists, and an extensive administrative staff, with hiring currently underway for additional positions to fill its newly-expanded Jacksonville office.
The claims management innovation has received favorable feedback. “Our Jacksonville center is providing a professional product that allows us to resolve a large number of claims in a timely manner. The Fast Track operation also allows policyholders to participate in the resolution of their claim, increasing customer service and satisfaction, Bradley explained.
Additional space at the Jacksonville office is also being used for the firm’s expanding Litigation Services program. “As we build our record on successful back-end litigation, we see the need to expand our litigation team,” Bradley said.
BSA Claims Service recently acquired additional leasing space at its employment center in south Jacksonville, near I-95 and Highway 202.
“We have remodeled our additional 8500 square feet to accommodate our additional 35 hires as well as about 50 more future positions so we can scale operations as needed,” said Bradley. “We’ve hired some great folks in Jacksonville who are qualified, experienced experts on Fast Track and Claims Litigation.”

BSA Claims Service recently completed its 2018 Service Organization Controls (SSAE 18 / SOC 1) examination through a rigorous, independent audit of its Claims Litigation services.
